District 15 Parents for Middle School Equity

We found that, in District 15, we were segregating our students by race, disability status, and English language proficiency. The results of our first survey demonstrated that a majority of parents in our District wanted more diverse schools. And the vast majority surveyed wanted the DOE to explore alternatives to our District's current middle school placement process. To review the full survey results please check out our slideshare presentation.
